Bookings

Bookings for classes, courses, workshops and monday mentor days are taken via the website, by phone and in person. Invoices including VAT are provided, please ask for a copy if needed, this will be sent via email.

Bookings are final , whether deposit has been paid or paid in full. This ensures the class can run with the minimum number of students. We employ Educators to run classes so booking payments ensure the educator and expenses are covered.

Deposits and booking fees paid whether part part or in full are non-refundable.

Bookings are non-transferable, but in extenuating circumstances we will do our best to accommodate you attending the next available class where we possibly can. For bookings where it is a a member of staff who cannot attend, we are able to accept transferring the class for another member of staff to attend, this can only be done once. Admin fee’s may apply.

Class Times

Class times are usually 10am – 4pm or for half day classes 10am-12.30pm and 1.30pm-4pm. Please ensure you can attend the full class. You may risk refusal of certification if you don’t attend the full scheduled time.

Confirmation

After booking you will receive a confirmation email (please allow up to 5 working days to receive this email), please check your spam/junk folders. The confirmation email gives further details about our academy, the venue, our facilities, parking, what to wear and what to bring with you. Please  make sure to read the confirmation in full as you may need to bring your kit or specific products with you.

Accreditation

All of our qualification classes are accredited by the Association of Beauty Therapists (ABT) this ensures you get high quality education, and can gain insurance or employment after completing our courses

Dress Code

Please ensure you are wearing smart clothing no jeans or trainers will be allowed. This is also stated in your confirmation email.

Certification

Certificates are sent via email, so you must provide your current email address. Certificates are emailed within 4 weeks of your completed class.

Payment

The minimum deposit is required to book each class, without the deposit you will not be booked on. Payment for classes is required no later than 14 days prior to the class date, whilst we may send you a gentle reminder, it is your responsibility to ensure this payment is made. When booking a 4 day beginners course or a ‘combined course booking’ payment plans can be arranged. If a payment plan is unpaid as agreed at any point, you may be refused entry to the next class without prior notice. Please call and speak to a member of the Nails and co staff or your Educator is you are experiencing issues with payment as soon as possible so we can support you as much as possible. Certification will not be released to you until full payment has been received. Where you have booked a number of courses, we will send certification that has been paid for only. If you bill remains unpaid it WILL hold up further certificates being issued.
